These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (rantbuddy.in) and our services, including emotional listening sessions, online counselling sessions, and in-person counselling sessions. By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Rant Buddy provides:

• Emotional Listening: Private voice call sessions with trained listeners who provide supportive, empathetic, non-judgmental listening.
• Online Counselling: Secure video sessions with certified counsellors who provide professional counselling and structured guidance.
• In-Person Counselling: Face-to-face sessions with certified counsellors at our clinic, available by appointment.

2. Important Service Boundaries

• Emotional listeners provide supportive listening only and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or psychiatric treatment.
• Counselling sessions provide professional guidance and support but are not a replacement for medical treatment or clinical care.
• Rant Buddy is not an emergency or crisis response service.
• Our listeners and counsellors do not prescribe medication or provide medical diagnoses.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.
• By booking a session, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
• If we become aware that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund the payment.

4. Booking & Sessions

• Sessions must be booked through our website with accurate details such as name, phone number, email, preferred language, date, and time.
• Emotional listening and online counselling sessions are available 24/7, subject to listener/counsellor availability.
• In-person clinic sessions are available by appointment between 9 AM and 9 PM.
• Language preferences are accommodated subject to availability.
• For in-person sessions, the clinic address is shared privately after booking confirmation.
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled slot. Late arrivals will not receive extended session time or refunds.
• If our listener or counsellor is unable to attend your session, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

5. Payments

• All session fees are displayed on our website in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Emotional Listening: ₹149 for a 30-minute private voice call.
• Online Counselling: ₹499 for a 60-minute video counselling session.
• In-Person Counselling: ₹999 for a 60-minute clinic session.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking through our secure third-party payment gateway.
• We do not store your card details, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
• Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable during booking will apply to that session.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review the policy before booking a session.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information.
• Attend sessions on time and in a private environment.
• Treat listeners and counsellors with respect and courtesy.
• Not record sessions without prior consent from all parties.
• Not use our Services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to our website.

We reserve the right to end a session or refuse service without refund if a user is abusive, threatening, or engages in inappropriate behaviour.

8. Confidentiality

Your sessions are private and confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality may be limited in rare situations where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, design, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Rant Buddy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any session.
• Rant Buddy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a session shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that session.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep our website and Services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Sessions may occasionally be affected by technical issues, network problems, or listener/counsellor availability. In such situations, we will offer rescheduling or refunds as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for any user who violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or engages in behaviour that harms our listeners, counsellors, or other users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State — update your registered business location].
